My Story To Server Room!!…

My Journey to Server Room…..sounds very simple…but ask me…its quite opposite for me….Let’s Start from the very beginning….basically…its because of counter-strike craze!!…just for playing counter-strike with our classmates on main server….one day…We(Anujay,Anurag,Himanshu and i) decided to purchase to switch and a 100m lan wire to extend our hostels main LAN..and i still remember…it was 14thMarch( My B’day)..when v bought these things and made it all working…and next day…v ver on Main SERVER!!….

But the story doesnt ends here…..after few weeks..i got a feeling to do something on LAN other than playing..and suddenly…starting a web server program(Abyss http server) strung my mind…i started the server on my lappy and made a simple HTML page….and got into my balcony and called my friend ANUJAY..Room no 241…just below my room(i.e 341)… i asked him to check my IP in his browser…and the moment he logged at my IP..his eye was full of joy and questions of curiosity…..“ABEY YE KAISE KIA BE??”

Then after i told him everything that a server is configured and how to start web pages n all….actually he was the first one in the whole hostel who tuk that much interest…before that…no one was ever ask me for it…
After, That day…He(Mr. ANUJAY THE KHURAPATI!!) told me about his new idea……to make a website for the our computer science society…GOFCA….which…sounds me well….because i can do everything except studies……
Day passed and we were ready with the site….Which at first took seniors interest…then HOD’s interest and finally..Mr.AMIT TANEJA sir…
Yah…i wont decline that my some friends started feeling uncomfortable(or strictly speaking….feeling JEALOUS!!)….of our work…..that i want to clear….that ANUJAY has really worked hard….for the site….even 5 times more than me….

Some Lines I want to dedicate to my dear friend ANUJAY…because…it is not like that he’s the only friend mine…its cauz of because…after meeting ANUJAY….i got my interest back into computerz which was really a matter of importance of me…and for that i am thankful to him…….its obvious…that i always try to keep burning that flame of fire…which i got from anujay….he is the real man with huge interest in all these things…..
Some years before i was nearlly like ANUJAY (not fully because of his stupidity…. 😛 ….. ANUJAY..please skip this line..)…. but due to some girls in my life and…cauze of all those things…my mind was really out of track…..which is now again in my controls…..again thanks to ANUJAY….

Ok ok…..coming back to the topic…..after our site approched to Mr.Amit Taneja sir….My college Administrator… he not only appreciated our work….but he also started supporting us in every possible way to lift us…..For which ….m very very thankful to him….for giving me such opportunity….he is such a kind person….which i can’t describe in my words…..
And Finally….today was the way….which we two can never forget… we were on my college’s main SERVER and were working on College website to be realized in few days….and which was designed and created by both of us…. 🙂
I dont know from all these come across…it was like…a spark…which i was stopped dreaming of it…but…just because of ANUJAY and Mr.Amit Taneja Sir…it happend in real….but….this is just a starting of my story...”PICTURE ABHI BAKI HAI MERE DOST”……… 🙂
